[例句]

1．大学の友達に連絡をとりたいんだけど、電話番号もFacebookも知らないので、連絡を取ろうにも取れない。

我想联系我大学朋友，但我没他电话号码也没有 Facebook，再怎么想也没法联系上。

I want to get in touch with my university friends, but I don’t know their phone numbers or Facebook accounts, so even though I try to contact them, I can’t.

2．タイに来たんだけど、英語が通じなくて道を聞こうにも聞けない。

我来到了泰国，但由于这里听不懂英语，即使我想问路，也不会。

I came to Thailand, but since English isn't understood here, even though I try to ask for directions, I can't.

3．夜中の２時まで飲んでしまって、もう終電もないし、タクシーもないので、帰ろうにも帰れない。

我一直喝到凌晨两点，由于没有最后一班火车或出租车，我想回家也回不了。

6．お金がなくて困っている友達があまりにも可哀想だったので、断ろうにも断れず、お金を貸してしまった。

朋友缺钱陷入困境，我很同情，本想拒绝，还是没拒绝得了，最后还是把钱借给了他了。
